Who Am I and Why Am I Here?
I was born under the astrological sign of the lion “Leo” with my rising sign of Scorpio and moon in Pisces. In Chinese Horoscope I was born the year of the Dragon and in Human Design I am an Emotional Projector with a 3/6 profile.
Now what does this all mean?
It means that, like me, you were born with a blueprint — a divine design that reveals the essence of who you are and who are you becoming. And it’s my deepest calling to guide you as you discover this blueprint.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forget. We lose touch with the child self — the one who saw the world with wonder and knew how to trust her light. We learn instead to follow the maps handed to us by family, teachers, and society.
Sometimes, that disconnection was a form of survival, a way to fit in, to stay safe, to belong. And in doing so, we dimmed the radiance within our hearts so life wouldn’t leave us naked and afraid.
But that light never left. It has simply been waiting — for the moment you are ready to return.

Life offers each of us a blueprint. For me, that realization came after three decades on a soul and self-discovery expedition. Through study, experience, and surrendering to my true nature, I found my way home — and discovered my own soul’s map.
This is the divine gift we all receive from the moment we are born: a living, breathing guide to our becoming. Our souls carry secrets, wisdom, and treasures beyond imagination. And it is my honour to help you uncover yours.

My former schooling came later in my journey when I returned to study Spiritual Psychotherapy and Life Coaching in 2008. As I continued to expand my education through astrology, human design, gene keys, ancient kabbalistic wisdom, breathwork and the many other modalities that became part of my spiritual offerings, I began to discover the incredible resources hidden within each of these teachings.
Through this work, I started to see the true story of why I am here — and to understand who we are at the most intimate level of self. I was finally making sense of life from a spiritual and metaphysical lens. In doing so, I unlocked the most beautiful pieces of my heart and have uncovered my own purpose.
My studies continued with accreditation for Hypnosis both Clinical and Spiritual. including Past Life Regression, the Akashic Records with my favourite being Soul Retrieval. Each layer revealed new dimensions of the soul and deepened my understanding of how we incarnate to live meaningful, purpose-filled lives. This is our soul’s purpose. This is where I love to spend my time — in the sacred exploration of the soul’s evolution amd the remembrance that anything is possible.
Spirit wants us to have it all. But, like any sacred agreeement, we must commit to the work that is part of our divine contract. I believe I found the “secret sauce” to fully living, and it began when I signed my own permission slip — to use not only my formal schooling but the spiritual modalities I have been building on for over 40 years.
I believe we are born with a purpose and it is up to us to discover it. When we enter this world, we bring with us a sacred contract in regards to what we are coming in to learn and what ancient script will share — what we are here to learn, heal, and transform. This is what the ancient teachings call our soul’s correction, or karma. What we often forget is that our contract has its own blueprint.
As babies we arrive full of divine potential, but society’s conditioning teaches us to live by its rules instead of our soul’s design. We don’t understand we are predisposed to learn through alongside the soul’s that have joined us on our journey. The love or lack of nurturing we experience shapes our path and invites us into a deeper search for meaning. Some brave souls say yes to this journey, and others quietly ask, “Is this it? Is this is all there is? “
We each have a choice — to simply exist, or to truly live. Our lessons are sacred invitations guiding us closer to our purpose. For some, the path is gentle. For others, it is filled with trials that refine the soul in a bigger way.
For me, I spent decades with the same question that so many seekers hold. “Why am I different? Why do I love so deeply, feel so much, and yet never quite belong?”
People often ask why I keep diving into deep end of my heart. My answer is simple…
“Because I am here for a reason, There is something big inside of me to share. And in order to share it, I must understand the lessons I am here to live.”
What I know for certain is that with every layer of inner work comes both healing and discomfort. To guide others on their healing journey, I must be willing to walk my own — again and again. The work I share with you is the same work that brought me home to myself.
