But there comes a point when belonging costs too much.
When fitting in feels like we are slowly dying inside.
This is when you can no longer silence yourself
just to remain in the places you have outgrown.

I go where many are afraid to go
My name is Patrice. Over the last 10 years, I watched my circle slowly shrink. I stepped out of spaces because they no longer felt right. I was told I was doing too much healing, too many courses, and not enough to belong where I once belonged.
When I realized my whole life was being stripped away from me, I chose to follow the call. My soul was ready to take the lead, and I ageed to be her co-pilot. I dug deep….
I felt a burning fire to go after another dream. Every dream I went after in the past, I fulfilled.
When I moved, I was told that if I want to fit in or succeed I had to align in the existing spaces. For me I just couldn't do it. To me it felt like I was being told to follow the herd. I did this already by following the way others showed me so I could fit in, so I could belong. I learned this in my family structure, my friendships, as well as the communities I found myself in.
That has never been me, but I stayed far past my knowing. Many times.
I started listening to my own call. I have always been the risk taker. I jump without looking. I fly by the seat of my pants.
Why?
Because I knew when I jumped -- God always showed me where to land.
Before I got there, let me go here.
I have tried to play by the rules of the outer world and I felt myself slowly dying inside.
All my work of connecting with my truth, was slowly feeling silenced again. I just couldn't do it.
I got myself to the tables where I knew I had to sit at. These were the tables where I saw a reflection of where I wanted to go.
There was no amount of self talk, schooling, or wisdom from others was going to bring me there. I had to see it for myself. I had to look towards the people who were already living the life I had only talked about or believed was meant for me.
Some tried to caution me. I ignored and I took another risk.
I found myself in the rooms that helped light my fire. I was surrounded by women who reflected how high to aim, and where I was going.
We can’t talk ourselves into becoming. We must remember who we came here to be, and in order to do this we have to look deep inside to the hidden parts of ourselves and invite her to rise.
This is called ‘The Return’ and I for the first time understand what that means.
In the end…
There is no desire to follow anyone, or be like anyone.
I am me, I am Patrice.

This is about your soul’s journey.
It has never been about fixing you. It is about meeting the parts of you that learned to stay quiet, to adapt, to armour yourself, or to abandon your own knowing in order to survive and belong.
My work takes us beneath the surface. Together, we enter the patterns, inherited stories, soul memories, relationships, and identities formed through protection. We do not go there to dismantle who you are. We go there to understand what has been held, recover what was left behind, and return you to your own truth.
I do not bypass the darkness or ask you to rise above what still needs to be witnessed. I go where many are afraid to go because that is often where the truth has been waiting.
This is the work of remembrance. The jewel has always been inside the very experiences you have been trying to escape. We go in together to find it. We find your gifts and we find your power.
